INFORMATION WE USE

Depending on how you use the store, we may process your name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery addresses, customer-account information, marketing preferences, basket contents, orders, returns, refunds, delivery and tracking information, payment references, messages, trade-in information and photographs you choose to provide.

Payment providers handle complete card or payment credentials. Pullmancer Card Company does not store complete payment-card details.

When you use the website, necessary technical information such as cookies, device and security information may be processed to operate the basket, checkout, customer account, fraud prevention and store security. Optional analytics are used only where the applicable consent settings permit them.

WHY WE USE INFORMATION

We process information where necessary to provide products, customer accounts, checkout, payment, delivery, returns and customer support under our contract with you; comply with accounting, tax, consumer-protection and other legal duties; protect customers and the business through access controls, fraud prevention, security logging and dispute handling based on our legitimate interests; and send marketing where you have actively consented or another lawful basis applies.

You can withdraw marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

WHO RECEIVES INFORMATION

We share information only as needed with services that help operate the store, including Shopify for commerce, customer accounts, checkout, order records and notifications; payment providers for payments and fraud checks; hosting and infrastructure providers used by the Pullmancer storefront; Resend for relevant transactional website messages; Hostinger for the business mailbox; delivery carriers for fulfilment; and professional advisers, regulators or authorities where legally required.

These providers act under their own terms and data-protection arrangements. Some may process information outside the UK using applicable transfer safeguards.

CONTACT AND TRADE-IN ENQUIRIES

We use the name, email, optional telephone number, message and photographs supplied in an enquiry to respond, assess a proposed trade-in and handle any related transaction or dispute. Trade-in photographs are not public product images unless we separately agree their use. Do not send payment-card details or unrelated personal information.

MARKETING

Marketing signup is optional and separate from buying from us. The marketing checkbox is not required to place an order. We record the preference and may send relevant news, releases, promotions and discount information. You may unsubscribe at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.

RETENTION

We keep order, VAT and accounting records for the periods required by law, generally at least six years where applicable. We retain customer-support, return, fraud and dispute records while needed to handle the matter and establish or defend legal claims. Enquiry and trade-in information is reviewed when the matter ends and deleted when it is no longer needed for the stated purpose or a legal obligation. Marketing details are kept until you unsubscribe or the record is no longer needed. Security and analytics information is retained only for the period needed for its stated purpose.

YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Some information must be retained to meet legal duties or resolve claims.

COOKIES AND CUSTOMER CHOICES

Necessary cookies operate the basket, checkout, customer account, security and preference controls. Optional analytics or marketing technologies are controlled through the store’s privacy choices where used.
