These terms apply to online purchases from Pullmancer Card Company. Nothing in them limits your statutory consumer rights.

PRODUCTS AND CONDITION

Read the product title, description, photographs, condition notes, language, edition, quantity and grading information before ordering. Product photographs may show packaging or artwork variants where the listing explains this. A third-party grade represents that grader’s assessment and is not a promise of a future grade or market value. Collectibles can rise or fall in value.

PRICES AND VAT

Prices are in pounds sterling and include applicable UK VAT. Delivery is shown separately before payment. Any crossed-out comparison price or introductory offer is presented in accordance with the information shown on the product page.

PLACING AN ORDER

Add goods to your basket, review the products and quantities, enter and check your contact and delivery details, review the total and submit payment through Shopify checkout. You can correct information before submitting the order.

An order acknowledgement confirms that we received your order. The sale contract is formed when payment is authorised and Shopify makes the order confirmation available, subject to product availability and any fraud or pricing checks. A basket alone does not reserve stock.

If we cannot accept an order because stock is unavailable, the price is clearly incorrect, delivery is unavailable or fraud checks cannot be completed, we will tell you and refund any payment taken.

PAYMENT

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and the payment provider shown at checkout. Pullmancer Card Company does not store complete payment-card details. Each order is a one-off purchase; there is no subscription or automatic renewal unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

STOCK, RESERVATIONS AND PURCHASE LIMITS

Shopify tracks available inventory and prevents checkout beyond the quantity available. Checkout may reserve stock temporarily while payment is processed. We may apply reasonable per-customer limits to scarce products to protect availability and prevent abuse.

PRE-ORDERS AND SOURCED-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

The product page states when an item is a pre-order, presale, awaiting arrival or sourced to order and gives the best available estimate. Publisher, supplier and carrier dates may change. We will provide material updates. If we cannot supply the item, we will cancel it and refund the amount paid. Your statutory cancellation rights remain available.

DELIVERY

The delivery services, prices and estimates available for your order are shown at checkout. Risk remains with us until you or a person you nominate receives the goods. See our Shipping and Delivery policy for full details.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

See our Returns, Cancellations and Refunds policy. Eligible online customers normally have 14 days after delivery to cancel without giving a reason and a further 14 days to return the goods. Separate statutory remedies apply to faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

We do not provide an additional voluntary change-of-mind returns period beyond the rights required by law.

LIABILITY

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify and relevant service providers process order and payment information to operate checkout and fulfil purchases.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers living elsewhere in the UK retain any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available to them under applicable law.
